Setup dnsHome.de DDNS Service
(DSL-) Router
We are showing here for our explaination a FritzBox* DynDNS, we are aware in other country, those router is not very popular. We are going to update those manual with a more recent router model. (Please reach out to us with suggestions). But it looks similar in other Routern as "manual defined".
Update-URL:
https://www.dnshome.de/dyndns.php?ip=<ipaddr>
If the key "IP" is set, we set the value from "IP" to your subdomain. If "IP" is not set, we update the subdomain with the source IP for the request.
The keyholder "<ipaddr>" will be automaticly replaced by FritzBox*.
The Username is the whole subdomain, the password was set in the user area:
If you have any trouble, please reach out to us with the Error Message and Log Messages. For large log output please use our NoPaste Service.
If you`re using a Speedport** Router, it is sufficient to use as Update-Url: "https://www.dnshome.de".
